Landmark is a stunning, seven-bedroom holiday home located in the popular town of Salcombe.

Perched on the pretty outskirts of the town in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views to North Sands and surrounded by 2 acres of woodland gardens with all the comforts of home.

This property is ideally-located close to local amenities and within walking distance to the hub of the town centre and harbour as well as the fabulous beaches of Salcombe, making it the perfect pick for a family or group of friends.

Once you enter through the doors of Landmark, you will be delighted with the breath-taking views and the contemporary interior that extends throughout.

The open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area is the perfect place to come together and spend quality time with your loved ones, whilst preparing delicious meals for the whole group to enjoy.

The expansive glass doors lead to a stunning terrace where views through the mature trees to the sea beyond make this the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining.

Gather around the large dining table, ready to tuck in over a cold glass of wine before retreating to the inviting sitting room to cosy up in front of the crackling woodburning stove with a good book, or retire to one of the terraces for an evening of relaxing.

For some friendly competition, head to the superb games room, complete with table tennis with a huge dining table for social gatherings and featuring suspended pod seating.

There is a TV and further sociable seating so you can truly make the most of your base no matter what the weather has in store.

In warmer months, step outside onto the enclosed terrace, with stylish furniture and a hot tub to enjoy the spectacular views and take in the fresh sea air, until the sun sets in the distance.

Salcombe offers an array of activities on and off the water, from sailing and kayaking to gin or rum tasting in the town complemented by various eateries offering the finest Salcombe has to offer.

The pretty estuary town of Kingsbridge makes for an ideal day out for the whole family, where you can explore the unique shops, restaurants and galleries.

Visit Dartmouth, with its picturesque harbour and quaint cobbled streets, Dartmouth Castle and the South West Coast Path.

Further afield is Plymouth, a vibrant and cultural city home to the National Marine Aquarium, and The Mayflower Museum.

Spend the day along the South Devon Coast for a day of fun at Paignton, with its golden sands and bustling market, Paignton Zoo and the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway or venture further afield to the Tamar Valley AONB and Dartmoor National Park, with plenty to see and do.

SALCOMBE

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
