“Our second visit to the property this year!”

Absolutely stunning apartment with views you would never get tired of. Parking space is a real bonus. Perfect location. Just a short, flat walk into Dartmouth, with plenty of great places to eat. We will definitely return.

Master bedroom ensuite is a very generous size. We feel that the property description should include the fact that there is a lift, which could be deal maker for those not wanting to use stairs. The allocated parking space is a real plus.

The info on the web site is accurate, but fails to explain that it has the advantage of being much more spacious that a typical 2 bed flat - all rooms, including both bathrooms, are large, and there is a big hall furnished as a study meaing in effect there are two living rooms One of our party has mobility difficulties; in fact this propery is ideal for them as it is easy and safe for a car to stop for a few minutes immediately outside the street entrance, there is no significant step at that entrance or at the flat's own entrance, and a lift. But none of that was stated in the web description and none of the Sykes team could provide that informaiton. I urge the property owner to ensure Sykes has an Access Statement available.

The property

15 Dart Marina is a luxury first floor apartment, providing superb accommodation for couples or families.

Situated in a beautiful waterside spot in historic Dartmouth, this property has fabulous views up the River Dart and across to Kingswear from the delightful balcony, with table and chairs. A flight of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance, which opens into a tastefully decorated hallway.

A stylishly elegant lounge provides a wonderful place to relax.

In addition to plentiful comfortable seating there is also a round oak dining table and four chairs.

Glass doors lead out to balcony offering lovely views.

The stunning, state-of-the-art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units and integrated appliances, makes self-catering a pleasure. There are two bedrooms.

The master suite has a super king-size bed, and beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath, and spacious separate shower cubicle.

The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds (that can be zip and linked to create a super king-size bed if requested).

There is also family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath and shower (over). Picturesque Dartmouth’s award-winning restaurants, quaint cobbled streets and boutique shops are just a short, flat walk along the embankment, whilst the stunning Start Bay coastline is just a 10 minute drive away.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
