Situated in the pretty hamlet of West Buckland, within a 15-minute walk of the popular surfing beach of Bantham, The Old Milking Shed is an immaculately presented, beautifully converted dog-friendly barn accommodating up to six people. Positioned in a beautiful, tranquil spot, guests can expect lovely countryside views from the property.

The main front door leads into the open plan living accommodation, with stairs leading up the first floor bedrooms and a mezzanine level on the landing (with L-shaped sofa and board games/ children’s toys). This stylish sitting room offers a delightfully cosy space with wood-burning stove and sliding doors to the outside terrace.

The beautifully appointed kitchen/dining room has a stunning granite-topped central island and Siemens appliances.

Sliding doors lead to the rear and front gardens.

The dining area has a wooden table seating six.

Also on this level is a sunroom and cloakroom.

Three en suite bedrooms: Ground floor master bedroom has a King-size bed, garden access and en suite with bath and large walk-in shower.

Double bedroom at first floor level with King-size bed, feature cross beams and a window with views.

Second bedroom has twin beds.

Each bedroom has its own pair of en suite pods, one featuring a large walk in shower and the other with w.c. Outside is a private garden with artificial lawn, an outside shower, barbecue and dining table/chairs.

Parking on driveway for 2-3 cars.

Camper Vans are not permitted. Raised pond in front of the barn (approx. 17" deep) - children must be supervised
