    “We have stayed at 2 Lee Court four times previously and each time we have been delighted with our property.”

    This time we were rather disappointed due to the following:- When we arrived at the apartment on Tuesday, it was VERY cold - the heating was not on. We immediately visited the agent in Dartmouth and were advised that the owner has remote control of the heating. They phoned the owner and he advised that he had released control and we should now be able to increase the heat. It would not allow us to do this, and as a result we had to sit with our coats on, and blankets around us, all evening. ...

That evening we rang the emergency number for Sykes cottages, three times but no-one returned our call. As my sister has arthritis I do not feel this was acceptable. The next day, after a very cold night, a gentleman from Coastal Cottages attended and managed to set the heating. By the third day the heating was working correctly, however we were all very disappointed with the lack of heating and feel it spoiled our few days away to celebrate my sisters 70th birthday. I do feel that we should receive some recompense for our lack of heating.

We are sorry that on your arrival the apartment was colder than we would like but we are glad we were able to assist immediately and put measures in place to ensure you were comfortable throughout your stay. Going forwards we are working with the owners to compose indepth instructions for the heating to ensure all guests are comfortable as the heating can be controlled whilst in the property but we do appreciate all heating systems are different. The property

On Dartmouth's North Embankment, this roomy riverside apartment boasts a great location with stunning panoramic views of the River Dart.

2 Lee Court is a terrific choice for couples and families wanting to experience this popular coastal town.

Upon arriving, park in the private garage or town centre car park.

The lift is currently out of order so please use the stairwell to access the first floor.

As soon as you enter the living/dining room, you will be drawn to the dual aspect windows with views of the river; sit on the sofa and take in the view of the waterfront.

Enter the kitchen, which has gloss cabinets and several integrated appliances, such as a washing machine and dishwasher.

There are three great bedrooms to choose from including the master bedroom with a king-size bed and gorgeous direct river views.

This bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower.

There are also two twin rooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other with Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room.

Both are tastefully decorated and have plenty of storage space.

When you're ready to explore the area, the embankment of the River Dart is on your doorstep.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Royal Avenue Gardens, cafes and public tennis courts.

Sugary Cove Beach is a wonderful, isolated beach with views over the River Dart, and Dartmouth Fortress, a 15th-century castle, is also nearby.

Visit the Dartmouth Museum, which is great for sightseeing, while Bayard's Cove Fort and the Royal Avenue Gardens offer breathtaking views.

If you are hungry, there are several wonderful pubs and restaurants in the town, or you can simply pick up some fish and chips on the way home.

With all of this and the neighbouring fantastic attractions of Totnes and Brixham, a break at 2 Lee Court is guaranteed to be full of unforgettable experiences.
