“False advertised for 6 persons.”

Only 4 lounge seats, and towels for 4. The property is filthy. Not just housekeeping issue, and this is shocking, dirty towels, excrement on skirting board under bed, windows falling apart. Although the beds were made! Mould on the windows and blinds filthy. Our concerns were voiced and unfortunately ignored due to no previous complaints!! Regardless of photo evidence! Shameful and shocking

The property is advertised as being suitable for 4 adults and 2 children, if this is the party make up there is enough seating. We understand that you were offered a cleaner to reattend but you declined as you did not want to wait in or have someone attend without you there, if there has been any miscommunication on our part, we are truly sorry. “A lovely flat in the heart of Dartmouth.”

Very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We were lucky enough to get a parking space in the small square right outside, just as we arrived, so left it there for three days and explored on foot. The stairs may be a little challenging for some, but this is clearly stated in the property description. The main bed was too hard for our liking, but the pillows and bed linen were lovely, as were the towels provided. Overall would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

“Excellent centrally located property.”

Very quirky on its three floors, well appointed with all the bits needed to make the stay comfortable. Bit of jiggling required with car as most of Dartmouth is parking restricted but well aware of the fact when we booked. We would definitely stay here again, thanks

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
