“The house is great well located and nice and clean and comfortable would definitely recommend a visit.”

The hooking of the rubbish on the hook outside of the house not sure about, as there was rubbish left from the previous people and with our rubbish, the hook would not take the weight, so maybe a bigger hook needed.

“Lovely property in great location , close to shops and restaurants.”

We thought we may be disturbed by noise from the pub but although it was busy all noise seemed to stop at 11pm except for the seagulls ,they were 24hr! Corner house was fully equipped with plenty of good quality crockery and glassware. The only things we couldn't find that would have been useful were scissors and a tray. None slip bath mats for inside the shower and the bath would be a nice addition for those of us of a certain age. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The facilities were excellent. Only minus was having to go up and down stairs. For older people this may be a problem. The accomadation was very close to centre of town. We would stay again. Great place for family gathering.

would definitely recommend. The only thing I would like to point out, but very small, as our stay was only for three nights it would have been useful to have been left a tea towel, a few dish washer tablets and some washing up liquid.

Thank you for your feedback, we are located in central Dartmouth and as a result sometimes revellers in town visiting the hostelries can make some noise, especially over Regatta weekend when you stayed with us, when Dartmouth hosts it's wonderful nautical celebration and the population swells massively. However the Dolphin's team are excellent at closing up on time and is a lovely pub to visit for drinks and popular with visitors and locals alike for it's friendly atmosphere. We had all the local.shops and sites literally on our doorstep. We would go back no problem whatsoever. The shuttle bus to our cars ran regularly so it wasn't an issue at all.

E. Ferry, train, boat trips, restaurants and bars. This property is decorated to a very high standard and had everything we needed to make this feel like a home from home i.e. large comfy beds and pillows, excellent bathrooms with high performing showers. An up to date TV which allowed me to access my netflix & Amazon movies. The photo's do not do this property justice, it has clearly had a makeover since they published and it is far better than the photo's.

Occupying an enviable location in the centre of Dartmouth in Devon is The Corner House, a two-storey apartment offering spacious accommodation for a family or group of eight wanting to explore the South Hams area of Devon.

Enter the property on the ground floor into a spacious hallway, offering plenty of space to hang your coats and remove your shoes, before making your way up to the first floor to the main living space.

Discover a compact but well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances to enable you to cook up a feast for the group, which can be enjoyed together at the large dining table in the dining room, beside the lovely feature fireplace, before moving into the sitting room to wind down on the large corner sofa and enjoy a film night on the TV.

When it's time to catch up on rest, find a super-king-size double bedroom on this floor, boasting easy access to the family bathroom with bath and shower over, while half-way up the staircase to the second floor, you will pass a convenient cloakroom with basin and WC.

Walkers and cyclists can take full advantage of a plethora of trails available nearby, with access to the South West Coast Path, Dart Valley Trail and charming country lanes, or simply choose to admire the picturesque countryside from the comfort of a Dartmouth Steam Railway journey.

Hop on a boat across the Dart to visit Kingswear's imposing castle, directly overlook Dartmouth and its castle, while also being within easy reach of Brownstone Battery and the National Trust's Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
