Warren Cottage is a stylish and beautifully presented family friendly property located within the grounds of Little Dartmouth Farm, which sits within a short walk of the historic naval town of Dartmouth.
The town possesses a number of award-winning restaurants, delightful boutiques, art galleries, cosy cafés, and has beautiful gardens within easy reach - visitors can also enjoy boat trips along the delightful River Dart from the nearby waterfront, whilst the beaches of Start Bay and the South Devon Coast Path are just a short drive away.
The cottage itself sits at the end of a small terrace of three adjacent to the coastal path and overlooking the farmhouse and grounds.
There are lovely views across country fields and farmland from the rear and side of the cottage, and distant sea views from the first-floor bedrooms.
The main entrance leads into a lobby area with a further door opening into the sunny living area.
The cosy sitting area has two three-seater sofas and a wood-burning stove.
At the other end of the room is a dining area with table and chairs to seat six comfortably.
Double doors open fully to reveal a large tiled hallway off which there is a stylishly presented and very well-equipped kitchen.
The adjacent utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer and door through to a downstairs cloakroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with views over the grounds of Little Dartmouth and the sea beyond.
One bedroom is a double, whilst the second is a twin with two divan beds.
There is also an elegantly designed family bathroom with bath, marble topped vanity unit, w.c.
and heated towel rail.
The en suite master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king-size bed.
The adjacent shower room has a walk-in cubicle with large rain head and separate hand-held shower.
To the front and side of the cottage is a beautifully landscaped and good-sized area of private lawn with a large outdoor oak dining table, six chairs and Weber barbeque available on request.
Steps lead down to a gate and access to the coastal path.
To the rear is an area of paved sunny terrace with oak table, six chairs.
