    “Comfortable, warm and well equipped with a stunning view over the sea.”

    Easy access to walks along the sea wall and the South West Coast path. Bus stop right outside the door and local trains on the famous English Riviera line if you don't want to use your car. Really enjoyed our stay.

Set in a delightful coastal location within the town of Dawlish, along the charming south coast of Devon, rests this elegantly presented apartment, St. Julien in Exeter Street.

This contemporary bolthole is the perfect base for couples eager to enjoy a getaway and explore the delights of South Devon.

As you enter from the hallway and up the stairs to the open-plan living room you will immediately be drawn to the Juliette balcony which provides plenty of natural lighting and outstanding sea views.

In the evenings, kick back on the sofa and browse Netflix from the Smart TV.

The bedroom has been elegantly presented with a restful colour scheme and comfortable furnishings.

There is a super king-size bed, which can be twin beds on request, as well as housing a dressing table where you can prepare for the day.

A short stroll will bring you to a selection of independent shops and with Michelin starred restaurants such as Lympstone Manor nearby to indulge in.

This is perfect for a romantic getaway with your partner.

While in Dawlish don’t forget to visit the Town Brook and see if you can spot the famous Black Swans, which can often be seen swimming in the gentle stream or nesting on the banks.

There are many activities to pursue, kayaking, golf, wakeboarding, a leisure centre close by too.

To the North East is the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren with its long blue flag beach where you can bask in the glorious sunshine with a cold beverage in hand.

If exploration takes you further afield then Exmouth, Teignmouth and Torquay are within easy reach and offer plenty to see and do!

A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small cinema. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
