You can unwind in the beautiful lounge, watching the Smart TV whilst enjoying the glow of the gas coal effect fire.

There are lots of appliances available to help with home cooking, double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, so the designated chef can rustle up a special meal.

You will find the handy washing machine and tumble dryer in the cloakroom just off the kitchen.

On balmy evenings, take advantage of the enclosed rear patio and spend a quiet time together sipping your favourite beverage.

Head to the luxuriously furnished bedroom, which features a super king-size bed, plenty of built-in storage, and a modern en-suite shower room, to get some rest.

Plymouth is a bustling port city with a variety of things to do and places to visit.

Expect to see art galleries, artisan shops, trendy cafés and eateries at the Barbican as you stroll the cobbled streets.

You can shop in the busy city centre, home to high street shops, Catch a show at the Theatre Royal or see one of many famous acts at Plymouth Pavilions.

At the Plymouth Gin Distillery, sample Plymouth's best export, or take a boat excursion around the Sound from the famous Mayflower Steps.

Royal William yard is nearby and offers more interesting restaurants and independent shops.

The fact that Plymouth is located at the mouth of the River Tamar and is in the UK's newest area of outstanding natural beauty means that there are many lovely hikes and bike routes to explore.

Drake's Retreat is a wonderful residence year round due to it's excellent location close to Plymouth and South Devon's attractions.

The apartment is accessed via steps to the front door.
