Foxbear is a charming three-story home located in the picturesque village of Malborough in the Devonshire countryside.

The cottage accommodates six guests and two canine friends and offers scenic views from the second floor, a handy location close to a variety of amenities and the beach, and an inviting interior, making it the perfect home-away-from-home.

Before entering Foxbear, park either on the side of the road or in the nearby public carpark.

Once inside, be welcomed into the living/dining room, which has beamed ceilings, a dining table that seats four people, plush seating, a TV with Freeview, and a cosy woodburning stove.

Enter the kitchen to rustle up delectable dishes for everyone to enjoy, with the useful appliances, such as a dishwasher, and an electric oven and hob.

When the weather permits, dine alfresco in the private rear garden, enclosed for pets and a great place for stargazing.

Choose one of the three well-appointed bedrooms - the double and bunk rooms are on the first floor, while the king-size is on the second - before retiring for the night.

The cottage has a contemporary shower room on the ground floor and a cloakroom on the first floor to ease the morning queues.

When you're ready to explore, head a few doors down to The Royal Oak pub, or the Old Inn is also close by, where you can eat out or just relax with a drink and enjoy live music events, or pre-order takeaway food, while the necessities can be purchased at the nearby Asda.

There is a bus stop close by with regular services to nearby Salcombe and Kingsbridge.
