“We had a wonderful stay at the Hide Out.”

Nick and Donna were friendly and helpful but also left us to ourselves. It’s lovely inside and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Everything is very comfortable especially the bed and the chairs. The garden is also very pretty and there are lots of comfortable places to sit, including a lovely hammock, and admire the views which are spectacular. Our only reservation is the steps to to the hideout, although safe are a bit steep for anyone with mobility ...

Our only reservation is the steps to to the hideout, although safe are a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. We are in our mid seventies and my husband had a hip replacement recently so we found this a bit of a challenge. We managed though and our daughter and grandchildren had no problem. It is walkable to Totnes town centre on the road and there is a steep path down for the fit and agile.
