The property

13 Combehaven is a fantastic first-floor apartment situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

This open plan apartment has been newly renovated with a modern, light kitchen and a spacious, bold living area.

The lounge boasts a luxury corner sofa and a footstool, a flat screen Sky Glass television and a modern steel fireplace with log-effect electric fire.

There is also a dining table with chairs and a bench seat.

Offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and towards the Salcombe estuary and Batson Creek, French doors from the living room lead out to a 25’ long balcony with a table and chairs, running along the length of the apartment.

Three bedrooms in total.

Large master bedroom with King-size bed, Tempur memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with under floor heating, plus French doors leading to a balcony.

Second large double room with King-size double bed and en suite bathroom.

In both of the two main bedrooms, there is a new flat screen Smart TV.

The third bedroom has bunk beds, suitable for children under ten, a pine wardrobe and an adjacent shower room. 13 Combehaven is a fantastic base for exploring Salcombe’s sandy beaches, walking the South West Coast Path, or trying watersports such as sailing, stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking.

SALCOMBE

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

The flat can be accessed via a lift.

No trailers or boats of any description are permitted in the parking area.

Barbeques are not permitted on the premises.
