Though in a great location we found there is some false advertising for this property and lack of details. I brought my nearly 80 year old mum with mobility issues. Firstly you advertise parking is available at property, this is not true. You don’t detail that it is residents parking only and have to park in the car park at the bottom of the town with one issued parking permit. Secondly you advertise the property has a private beach. It does not! You don’t detail the property is on three levels. This made our socialising and relaxation with mum very difficult with the lounge being in the loft conversion. The mattress on the ground floor bedroom needs replacing as the springs can be felt when laying down. The heating was set ridiculously high at 24oc and we couldn’t work out how to lower this so the double bedroom was like sleeping in a greenhouse. Why don’t you fit adjustable thermostats to radiators. Definitely some improvements required here, though will say the cleanliness was very good.

We are pleased that you like the location of the property, we are disappointed to read that you felt the property was misleading, I have looked into the situation and found that our third party, Expedia has pulled incorrect information from our website and advertised the property with a private beach, many thanks for bringing this to our attention, we are now working together fix the issue.
