Enter on the ground level before continuing into the L shaped sitting room, where the large windows affords a constant connection with the coastal setting and beyond, and the plush seating arrangement invites you to relax in front of the TV with the feature electric fire gently filling the room with warmth.

On this floor, there is also a quaint snug, where younger guests of the group can escape to, to enjoy an evening of games brought from home or where you could enjoy a moment’s peace to delve into a good book.

Take the staircase down to the lower ground floor, where a well-equipped kitchen awaits the budding chef of the group, boasting sleek units topped with steel work surfaces, creating ample preparation space and the accompanying bar stools are perfect for soaking up the views as dinner simmers on the Range hob.

Regroup within the dining room to relish in a home-cooked dish with the large picture window providing uninterrupted sea views of the spectacular coast, as you tuck in or toast to a wonderful holiday.

Once the sun has set over the coast, find two bedrooms on the ground floor, comprising of a double bedroom and a super-king-size bedroom (twin upon request), both of which are served by a family bathroom, boasting a spacious walk-in shower and a separate bath.

The master suite can be found on the first floor, elegantly dressed in contemporary furnishing and a refreshing colour palette, with the pièce de résistance being the jaw dropping view of the Devonshire coastline, which can be enjoyed from the plush Emperor size bed or the sumptuous L-shape sofa.

Completing the interior is the twin bedroom and the first-floor shower room, which also serves the master suite.

Continuing to impress is the exterior, where the garden has been designed to be an extension of the house itself, making a wonderful spot for enjoying the company of family and friends.

Step out onto the terrace and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining or take a dip into the swimming pool to further enjoy the vistas of the stunning coast.

If you can tear yourself away from this heavenly retreat, stroll into the centre of Stoke Fleming, where you will find a pub, a restaurant and a Post Office with a shop, making this the perfect touring base for exploring beyond.

Just a short 10 minute walk away is the award-winning shingle beach at Blackpool Sands, where you can laze on the glorious sands or try your hand at one of the many watersports of offer.

Just stone’s throw away is the bustling town of Dartmouth, where you will find even more amenities, as well as a 14th century castle with views over the River Dart Estuary and Bayard's Cove Fort, as well as museums and art galleries to meander.
