    “This is an excellent place to base yourself, just on the outskirts of Dartmouth with a short stroll into town and none of the hassle of having to find parking.”

    The pottery was very comfortable and very quiet and we had a great time. Our only feedback was that our ensuite floor wasn’t cleaned very well, with hair on the floor and dusty tile edges that form the skirting, there was also a pair of pants left on the floor behind the bedroom chair, so it hadn’t been pulled out at change over as they would’ve been seen. We appreciate that at this time of year the cleaners must be under pressure to get around and get all the properties ready for the ...

We appreciate that at this time of year the cleaners must be under pressure to get around and get all the properties ready for the next guests. This bathroom is looking a little tired as the panelling is starting to warp and the flooring showing signs of wear. All the toilets in the apartment are set extremely low and so anyone with mobility problems would struggle, you definitely had to use those thighs to get up and down! All that being said we would book this apartment again as we did enjoy our stay.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
